  Play frame is large with lots of variety ... but it’s sooo dirty. Everything needs a good clean.
  The cafe staff have obviously had a run in with parents at some point too as there is a “polite notice” stating that they are within their legal rights to not give parents tap water for their kids as they do not serve alcohol. What??? Surely the health & hydration of the children that you encourage into your play area is paramount. I understand that you don’t want people bringing their own food in but it’s about customer service not legal obligation. They state that they sell mineral water for those who wish to purchase it (Mineral water should not be given to under 2’s) & even at children’s birthday parties i’ve Seen them refuse to provide jugs of water. They’ll only serve squash.
  If they could sort out the cleanliness & offer customer service that suggests they are interested in the welfare of their customers, rather than profit margins then this would be one of the best play areas as it also has a lot for slightly older children.
